Grants for First Time Military Buyers

This morning I read in the REALTOR Magazine about a new program that is for active duty personnel, veterans, retired members of the military, and employees of the US Department of Defense, as well as the Department of Homeland Security. This program is designed for these groups to be able to apply for up to $5,000 in down payment and closing costs if they are purchasing their first home.
