Things are really looking good in one of Auburn’s newer subdivisions. The Preserve is a large subdivision that was started around 2005 and never really took off. In the past year or so, a new developer has taken over and has done a lot of positive things and it really shows. If you have not been out there in a while, go see the changes for yourself. This week they had the grand opening of the awesome new pool and clubhouse complex. It is one of the best I have ever seen. They wanted to have a building that could be used to entertain, have birthday parties, and be used frequently by the neighbors. Below are pictures of the new clubhouse and pool.
Some of the things that make the neighborhood and new homes stand apart are all of the homes are energy Star rated from a 3rd party vendor, quality new construction out a price per square foot is very competitive, plus all of the neighborhood amenities.
A HOA fee of on $300 a year includes access to the clubhouse, pool, all the lakes and walking trails.
