On Saturday, October 4th, the Auburn Tigers will take on LSU at Jordan-Hare. This game will be orange out for Auburn fans, so gear up for gameday by purchasing an exclusive long sleeve orange t-shirt from the Auburn University Bookstore. Head to campus this Friday to kick start your gameday weekend. The Bookstore will be hosting an All Orange Spirit Event from 10 am until 2 pm on the Haley concourse, and the unique t-shirt design will be for sale for only $14.99 while supplies last.
The Bookstore will also be open from 8 am until 6 pm the day of the game. After setting up your tailgate spot, check out the sales tables at the Bookstore for some great Auburn merchandise, and don’t forget to pick up your complimentary spirit button and hand fan. As always, kids can enjoy face painting from 12 pm until 4 pm, with donations benefitting the food bank. The Bookstore will host several author events in the store from 1 P.M. until 3:30 P.M. Author, Chris Warner, will be present to sign copies of his books, A Tailgater’s Guide to SEC Football and Bushwacked at the Flora-Bama. Author, Claire T. Field, will sign copies of the memoir A Delta Vigil: Yazoo City, Mississippi, the 1950s, and authors Mickey Logue and Jack Simms will be present to sign copies of the latest edition of their book, AUBURN: A Pictorial History of the Loveliest Village.
