Barry Jones, a lender with WR Starkey came to talk with us today at our weekly office meeting. Your student can purchase a townhouse, condo or house as his or her primary residence and be eligible for the tax credit! Of course if the student has no income, that will have to be supplemented, but what a great way to benefit from this program!
