Great Opportunities with Foreclosed Properties in Auburn Alabama

The market is finally shaking out in Auburn price wise. There are some great foreclosures coming on the market right now. If people want a deal (some are not necessarily inexpensive because they are large properties) there are definitely some out there.

Ryan and I have been so blessed to work with wonderful people the last few months. We have 35 properties listed, with another 5 coming in the next couple of weeks. God is good!

This today I am getting ready to show 3 families who want to make Auburn their permanent home! What a great place to live! In the meantime, my son Rankin and I are having some coffee (well, I am) and he is terrorizing the dogs, getting ready for the day. He just brought me my ankle weights and some dirty socks out from under the bed! Haha! I think I better get off the computer and go fix that little guy some breakfast.
